- the Export Office of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage will take at least 10 days to release the certification of Contemporary Art;
- while the export documents are being processed no additional storage fee will be charged on you.

In order to assure to our Customers a good service and to ensure that the long iter of this beaurocratic request is shortened, Gonnelli Casa d'Aste works to present formal demands to the competent Office as soon as possible.
For this reason, right after the auction, we will ask our Curstomers by email for the authorization to proceed with the request of this permit, or whether they would like to collect the lot/s in Florence or if they would like us to ship the goods to an Italian address.
