"G-MERCHANT 2.0" on the "Catalog of advanced and qualified services for Tuscan companies", approved by management decree n. 11429 of 27/10/2016 approving the announcement for "Support to MPMI for the acquisition of services for innovation"

The "G-MERCHANT 2.0" project saw the carrying out of the following consultancy activities, namely the activation of four macro activities: 

Phase I: the first phase concerns a careful market analysis on the state of the art, that is availability of various software for database acquisition and management of newsletter campaigns, definition and drafting of the project for the implementation of the system commerce managed by the Content Management System (CMS), definition and drafting of the Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, for the development of e-marketing, e-community and e-commerce activities, necessary for the development of the distribution networks and the promotion of products.

Phase II: the second phase will focus on consulting for the creation of a new e-commerce platform and implementation of support for digital branding actions, as a newsletter service with acquisition and management of contacts for the acquisition of new customers (or "potential customers") and loyalty of existing customers, necessary to make the company's brand more visible.

Phase III: the third phase involves experimentation, with the aim of receiving input for possible additions / changes to the e-commerce system developed with CMS, and the various solutions of digital branding actions adopted (newsletter), that is, market intelligence actions, link building and link baiting campaigns; activation of Landing Page Design: creation of special pages for search marketing activities; the activities described will also be implemented with digital branding actions including advertising campaigns to increase conversions on the site.

Phase IV: the fourth phase involves the adoption of software for the implementation of the loyalty / loyalty system of the corporate brand; therefore, consultancy will be carried out for application, evaluation, correction and revision, if necessary.
