A collection of photographs that offers an interesting and view of American life in the middle of the last century. They portray: two photos of Toscanini in Williamsburg (1950) and 'tour' by train, two photocopies of A.G. Bell during the first intercontinental call of 1892, the young boxer Floyd Patterson, photos of the design and excavation of the Manhattan tunnel - Brooklyn, President D. D. Eisenhower in front of the UN, the Madison Sq. Garden, a very young Lenny Ross, a parade with Truman, the flooding of Missouri, cotton and tomato fields, farm scenes, interiors of houses, various industries, workshops, scientific instruments and observers, meteorology, trains, mines and forests, various sports, Manhattan, etc.
