Pastello a olio. cm 80x65. Firmato e datato in basso a destra. Opera che rientra nella tipologia dei quadri dipinti dai pittori del nord Europa, segnatamente francesi e tedeschi, che amavano raffigurare i soggetti folkloristici e i costumi delle tradizioni popolari dell'Italia meridionale. Di pregevole fattura stilistica, reca la firma autografa "Gros".
